How do I receive emails with the latest Calico news?
Stay up to date on the latest items, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of this page.

How do I place an order on the website?
  1. Choose a category or brand from the menu at the top of this page or search by specific styles and trends.
  2. Select your item and choose the right size, then click "Add to bag." Once you've added all your items, it's time to go to checkout. This can be found under the shopping bag.
  3. Log in to your account or, if you haven't created an account yet, you can choose to continue as a guest.
  4. Enter your address, payment method and delivery address and place your order. We will confirm the order before it is carefully packed and shipped to you. Of course, we'll keep you informed of all steps so you don't miss a thing.
Can I cancel or change my Calico order?
Yes, you can cancel items before the order is prepared for shipment. Contact our customer service team
We cannot add items to placed orders, but you can place a new order.

What are the delivery charges?
This depends on the destination. This information appears at check-out during the ordering process.

When will I receive my item(s) and how can I track my order?
Once the order is confirmed, we will ship it within two business days. Delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
Be advised that items from multiple warehouses may be shipped separately. You will receive Track & Trace information to track your order.

Are customs fees already included in the price?
Customs fees are not included in the price.
The cost is determined by customs on a country-by-country basis.

How can I return an item?
  1. Place each item you are returning, along with the original packaging and return form, in the Calico box.
  2. Frank the package by noting the address on the package shown on the return form
  3. Return the package to a post office of your choice.
Return costs are at your own expense.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the item is received by us, it may take 2 business days to process. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email for implementation of the refund.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 days for the money to appear in your account.
